1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or receiving services from Gabriel’s Auto Spa (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“the Client” or “Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all mobile auto detailing services provided by the Company to individual and commercial customers.
2. Services Provided
Gabriel’s Auto Spa provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washing, waxing, interior cleaning, polishing, and specialty treatments. Service descriptions and pricing are available on our website or promotional materials.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services and prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Appointments and Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or online booking.

The Client must provide accurate details about the vehicle(s), service location, and requested services.

The Client must ensure there is adequate space, vehicle access, and permission to perform detailing services at the chosen location.

For commercial or fleet clients, regular service schedules may be arranged under separate agreements.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Water and Electricity Use

Gabriel’s Auto Spa operates as a mobile service and may require access to water and/or electricity at the service location.

The Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to an outdoor water source and/or electrical outlet, unless the service package specifically includes waterless or self-contained options.

If the Client cannot provide these utilities, this must be communicated in advance. Additional fees may apply for services requiring the Company to supply its own water or power equipment.
5. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include [list accepted payment methods—e.g., cash, credit/debit card, or electronic payment].

Commercial clients may request invoicing, subject to approval and agreed payment terms (typically net 15 or net 30 days).

A deposit may be required for large or fleet service bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the Company cancels the appointment.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Missed appointments or “no-shows” may be charged the full service price.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule due to inclement weather, unsafe working conditions, or unforeseen events.
7. Vehicle Condition and Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for removing all personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

Gabriel’s Auto Spa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

The Client must disclose any known mechanical issues, electrical problems, leaks, or defects before service begins.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, excessive wear, or defects that become visible after cleaning.

Certain stains, odors, or contaminants (such as smoke, mold, or pet odors) may not be fully removable through detailing.
8. Damage Policy

In the unlikely event of damage caused by the negligence of our staff, Gabriel’s Auto Spa will take reasonable steps to repair or compensate for the damage.

Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and supported by photos and documentation.

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service performed.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must contact Gabriel’s Auto Spa within 24 hours of completion so we can review and, if appropriate, correct the issue.
Complaints made after this period may not qualify for adjustments or re-service.
10. Weather and Safety
Mobile detailing services may be postponed or canceled in cases of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or restricted access to the service location. We will notify the Client as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at the earliest available date.
11. Privacy Policy
Gabriel’s Auto Spa respects your privacy. We collect customer information only for communication, scheduling, billing, and recordkeeping purposes. Customer data will never be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
12. Commercial and Fleet Clients

Commercial clients and fleet accounts are subject to separate written agreements that may include specific pricing, scheduling, and payment terms.

Failure to comply with agreed payment terms may result in late fees or suspension of services.

Gabriel’s Auto Spa reserves the right to adjust pricing based on fleet size, condition, and service frequency.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gabriel’s Auto Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service rendered.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
15. Modifications
Gabriel’s Auto Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By booking or receiving services from Gabriel’s Auto Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
